Touching Bass are a programme designed to help 18-25 year old Black and POC Londoners to get their foot into the music industry. This is a 12 month long programme, where you’ll learn the ins and outs of the company. Ultimately, they want to give you the skills and experience, so that you can go out and get the best opportunities out there for fresh talent in the industry. In this job, you’ll be helping with label management, overseeing the company’s Spotify playlists, communicating with their communities via newsletters and helping to organise live events and the scheduling of the radio station.
