Case Study: Abercrombie & Fitch
Abercrombie & Fitch approached Hype Collective to help boost their reputation amongst students with a passion for fashion. A&F wanted to grow real relationships with key influencers on campus and invite them to events, build mentoring opportunities and get them to apply for jobs.
Hype identified key fashion and business related societies across the country, matching up great groups with areas that were recruitment priorities for A&F. We personally reached out to the presidents of each society to get them onboard.
Hype Collective were great to work with. They got us access to students in a way that we previously thought was impossible.

To open the relationship we send them an awesome box of goodies including vouchers, discount cards, clothes, a Polaroid camera and film to share around the society in exchange for some social promotion and sharing.
A&F recruiters then handled the relationship offering mentoring and job opportunities to the members.
